Russian actress and politician Ksenia Sobchak is best known as the host of the reality show ‘Dom-2,’ aired from 2004 to 2012 on Russia’s TNT channel. She was the host of the television reality shows ‘Who Does Not Want to be a Millionaire,’ ‘Last Hero-6,’ and ‘Sweet Life of a Blonde,’ from 2008 to 2010. She appeared as the host of the show ‘Freedom of Thought’ on the state run channel 5, in 2010, but left the show that failed to grab the attention of the audience. Her show ‘GosDep (State Department) With Ksenia Sobchak also had to be shut down after the first episode as it failed to gain an audience that was interested in her political views.
Sobchak has acted in comedy films ‘Hitler Goes Kaput’ (2008), ‘Rzhevsky Versus Napoleon’ (2012), and ‘Entropiya’ (2012).
She has also acted in the film ‘Thieves and Prostitutes’ (2004) and appeared in the television series ‘Brief Guide To A Happy Life’ (2012).
