Kourtney Kardashian is an American television personality and socialite who has adorned various hats – she is a model, an actor and an entrepreneur as well. Eldest sister of Kim Kardashian, Kourtney first jumped into the limelight in 2005 with the reality television series, ‘Filthy Rich: Cattle Drive’.
2007 started Kourtney’s successful journey in television. The family reality show, ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ proved to be the magnum opus of her career. The show single-handedly escalated Kourtney’s career graph to meteoric heights and proved to be the most successful television show of her career. What followed was a succession of several top-grossing shows including ‘Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami’, ‘Khloé & Lamar’, and ‘Kourtney and Kim Take New York’. All of these were essentially spin-offs of the reality series.
Kourtney’s career isn’t without failure. Her worst performance till date has been in a guest role in the ABC series ‘One Life to Live’. Keeping out of mainstream acting, Kourtney focussed on her prime show ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ which is currently in its 14th season and other spin off shows like ‘Kourtney and Kim Take Miami’ and ‘Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptoms’.
